[Tig] GraphicsMagick 1.2 released

Some of you have noticed that recent ImageMagick also offers DPX and 
Cineon support.  The implementations in GraphicsMagick and ImageMagick 
are completely different and are written from "scratch".  Since the 
GraphicsMagick implementation has been available and stable in the 
development version for three years, it seems likely that the 
ImageMagick authors learned by studying its implementation.

My own recent testing shows that the GraphicsMagick DPX implementation 
is more efficient than the ImageMagick implementation.  This is in 
spite of using a very general implementation approach which provides 
the flexibility needed to deal with "strange" DPX files as well as 
YCbCr encoding.
