[Tig] Resolve 10 Beta and PTR rollers

It creates a complete DCP with the additional purchase of an EasyDCP
plugin. It can also create a j2c sequence without that plugin, but would
need to be have a DCP authored separately.

I have to disagree with Benjamin with regards to speed however. There are
much faster encoders available.
