When you look at where they made money over the years, Kodak was
in the chemicals and paper business.  What those things were used for
was somewhat secondary :-)  It was clear that sensors or digital cameras were
going to be a one-time sale.  They missed however that everyone would have
not just one, but two or three built-in cameras.
