[Tig] 1.85 blanking in HD

I would be curious and interested in other peoples comments on this…
I recently had a client have a feature almost kicked back from QC due to 1:1.85 blanking  from and HD master.
And this was coming out of a system that I've never seen nor heard any issue of…

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
