[Tig] TIG Researching numbers of telecines and scanners from the beginning of the Rank Cintel era

I believe under 100 Marconi telecines were made.  Our highest SN is 153 (SN's started at 100).  UK and US did not have many of these, they were used elsewhere - Dubai, Australia, Singapore, China...
