[Tig] Lipsner Smith Excel 1100 priming

Hmm. That's disappointing that there's no service manual. 

However, I got a call from Glen Eastman (I hope I got that right) a few minutes ago and now it's up and running. A quick adjustment to the outflow of the pumps for the top two wicks and they're soaking nicely now.
