1. Ratio of telecines to eng's?  We have 1 BTS FDL-90, and 1 Turbo 2, with 1
Rank trained eng and two real smart guys.  Only one of the machines has any
downtime. Quess which one.

2. Hours a week?  Both telecine rooms work 3 shifts daily, some weekend work
as well.  The chief eng probably works 50+ hrs weekly while the other two do
40.  Also there is a freelance guy doing 40.

3. All weekend work is covered by an eng.  It's very rare that vacation time
is asked for but weekends are often needed.
