     Hello all,
                I've been trying to do a scan effect whereby the bottom 6th 
     or so of the picture is stretched vertically Clients often request 
     this so as to gain enough picture to allow for a title to be clear of 
     a pack. By my reckoning it should be possible, but I've had no joy 
     playing with the scans.
