Some background about the problem in Spain, sent to me from a
friend, sheds further light. Apparently the customer bought a
lot of 2nd hand equipment, not from Pandora, and has no in-house
engineering.
It would be best to regard the customer's message as a simple request
for helpful input, and not as any kind of public threat to the
manufacturers, Philips or Pandora. The TIG was never meant to be an
instrument of force :\.
