Yes, it seems most of the episodic pilots being shot this summer are
originating on film.

Between every producer fantasizing that every piece of crap they air will
have a life in syndication of forty years, and Kodak's remarkably efficient
use FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt) marketing, film seems to be the big
choice this season.
