Eyes Wide Shut

Had the opportunity to see "Eyes Wide Shut" over the weekend. Great texture
in the film, and wonderfully saturated colors. A little too much pollution
in the blacks for my personal taste, but I couldn't imagine this film being
shot as a prime beauty piece. Does anyone know the lineage of this film
process? Was it bleach bypass or ENR?

I also noticed that Larry Smith was listed as "Lighting Cameraman". Is this
moniker in reference to the fact that Stanley Kubrick was equally involved
in the capture of these images?
